| Title: Assistant Facilities Manager, Berkshire, to £29k plus benefits |
Description: A key focus of this role will be contract management to include procurement and tenders, renewals and experience in M&E contracts will be extremely advantageous.
You will also often have supervisory responsibility for 5 post and archiving staff. Excellent customer service and administration skills will be required.
Specific requirements for this role are flexibility, self motivation and a positive attitude. Candidates must also have the ability to act quickly to day to issues which arise.
Candidates will need to have the skills to take control when the Facilities Manager is off site (frequently) and the flexibility to cover at other sites nationally when necessary (occasionally).
The successful candidate must have experience in a corporate environment as well as a minimum 3 years experience in Facilities Management at Assistant Manager level.
A competitive salary of £26k to £29k is offered with excellent benefits package.
